Hi all.

 

As some of you may remember a few months ago I was involved in a smash and my car was subsequently written off.

 

I have been made several offers by way of compensation and the best offer to date is £6000.

 

In view of the fact that I had just spent thousands having the engine re-built with new turbos, fitted an upgraded auto box, new bembros, scorpion ss exhaust with de-cat pipes, se chipped ecu, tsw alloys etc etc……..I stand to loose a small fortune.

 

The salvage rights have not been discussed yet but I am considering requesting the salvage as part of the settlement.

 

I am not in the position to be able to break it myself and am wondering if I were able to get the salvage would anyone be interested in buying it for spares.

 

As far as I can tell the damage is to the body only and it would be a shame to let all those goodies rot at a breakers yard.

 

 

Sorry if this should have been put in the for sale section but I’m not really selling anything yet just gauging interest.

Sorry guys, maybe I did not make myself clear. I do not have the space or the time to dismantle the car. What I was looking for was either someone who has the facility to dismantle it or someone who wants to make me an offer for the whole thing. Like I said the engine has just been rebuilt with new turbos costing £4500. I will not be looking for anything like that for the whole car though.
