What RPM to set shift light

Hi ive just bought a 300zx twin turbo and just got a tacho with shift light. Can someone tell me what the optimum RPM to set the shift light at.

    not sure for stock but, the best thing to do would be get your self a dyno run and find out when she starts to drop in power then set it to the peak rev's :)
