How do you calculate your cars carbon footprint and how would you go about offsetting the carbon produced?

 

I have just tried to convince my mother in-law that the zed is so aerodynamic that if I plant one tree a year I am carbon neutral - but I don't think she's buying it! :tongue:

Absolutely agree.............when the chinese or koreans or the the hundreds of little third world countries stop using depleted uranium to build houses with and old sump oil and tyres to fuel the boilers and cook dead dogs with ..then and maybe only then will i give a monkeys about the 0.2% of the world's Co2 emissions produced by the UK its a bigger con than the millinium bug in 2000 that was going to destroy industry as we knew it ...the government have actualy found a way to tax the weather and the plethora of liberal "what about their human rights" do gooders with their hollier than thou attituides that are doing more harm to our country than any terrorist would ever do are buying it hook line and sinker.......this country needs to get a back bone , turf out the free loaders , asylum seekers and tree hugging shower timid hippies and start beeing GREAT britain again :rant::rant::slap: but if it makes you feel better to plant a tree steve , then carry on ;) ill stick to my smog producing diesel people carrier cheers

Like You I plan to leave the biggest carbon footprint I can, hence why I drive my Zed I plan to roll around in oil and super glue rubber to me just before I die, I hope that the toxic fumes from my burnt body kill at least 100 baby seals! The newest thing that greenpeace want to do is ban patio heaters! I am fine with that as I will just burn tyres outside when I am having a cigg!

Do they think this is the only time in the planets history that it has gone through a climate change?
