Had fully closure yesterday added to thx Z ,ive got a toad Ai606 , so wanted the modules for shutting the windows added .

 

Anywaz go to pick the Z up and the fitter backs the car out of the workshop, i get in with delight and start her up .....

 

to find the HICAS and ANTI-LOCK lights on the dash board light up like a xmas tree no power steering or nothing , so i go back in and tell him he just looks at me a bit lossed and shouts his colleague to help me

 

so he checks the fuse boxes and to his dismay its in japenese and he aint got a clue what to do next , so i ring jeffTT (thx by the way much appreciated) and he tells the fitter what to do so eventually im on me way home ,

 

pull in the driveway to shout the missus so she can come and watch me windows go up great i think , then suddenly it dont ****ing work so im a little pissed of i have to take it back now just to cap it all off nicely i finish work at 8.30 this evening to find no ****ing lights , due to him blowing them fuses aswell and not checking the dick , apart from mainbeam , now i do a stupid thing now i decide to get home in it and sort it out, only thing is i get pulled about 2 mins from work but the copper was brill followed me home and made sure i was fine , didnt even give me a producer so one good thing did come out of this , ive found out the coppers in my area are actually quite nice to us Z owners

 

anywayz just wanted to moan ta lads

Sounds like you found a nice copper !!

Bloody hell Chris,hope you get it sorted.That is a good choice of alarm by the way .

You can have the best alarm in the world,but you need someone that knows what they are doing to fit it.

You should have got Bob to do it,he is the alarm expert on here.Hope they don't fook anything else up when they look at it again for you.

the alarm i had fitted professionally ,

 

it was the modules for the windows they only fitted , i wanted to take it to bob but im quite a long way from him so i couldnt , im having a full check done tomorrow of the car

I have the Ai606 & Bob sold me the full closure module for £31 delivered - only took an hour to fit too

Dont get me started about the place that installed my alarm.

 

I had panels hanging off in the foot well, so much I couldnt touch the pedals wires hanging infront of the pedals, and every sensor they installed has failed in less than a year.
