Sony Vaio desktop help

Hi,

 

Trying to sort out my mates PC and after loading XP, cant get various things to work. From looking on the net it seams I need the recovery disk he's no idea where it is. It has all the various drivers for the built in TV tuner, hotkeys, keyboard controller. Anyone had any experience with this pc?

    If you go to the Sony website, they have downloads available for software such as this. All you have to do is select the model of your computer. They identify them as recovery disks. The alternative is to go on Ebay and look in 'computers' and under 'software', and then type in Sony and you can sometimes buy a set of recovery disks quite cheaply.
