Light bleeding on lcd screens

Anyone else have this problem with their tele or PC monitor?

 

Seems to happen on both my pc and tele and on reading up on it on various forums it seems to be quite a common issue.

Anyone know what causes it and know if it can be sorted. Also what brands are notoriously bad for it. It seems LG is notorious for it. I wont eve buy another one as i've never been happy with mine. Yeah sure, it works but for what i paid for it, i expected a bit better !
