I think That comes out of the CC carbon canister.

 

You can bypass the canister but that pipe still needs to rest somewhere.

Yeah, if you bypass the CC which you should, then i think you loop this pipe straight from the tank, i may be wrong tho.

There should be some pipe left over once youve bypassed it, which you can use to loop it. :D
