The club has offered to sponsor a Christmas meet for every subscribed member in the club, the offer is £5/person. I don't want to specify a place to gather as I want as many people to take this offer up as possible.

 

What I want to do then is to put the venue to the vote for all members, but I want/need a list of suggestions on what you would all like to do and what dates you are available so I can try and maximize attendance.

 

So come on, let's get a big meet on for the end of the year.

available pretty much every weekend around that time. hmm im useless thinking of stuff to do other than sit in a pub and eat a great fat turkey, lol!

what about the same sort of time as last year, making a weekend out of it so came have a drink in the evening:)

The weekend sounds like an interesting idea, except I can't imagine many people wanting to camp around that time, and hotels/B+Bs can get expensive. If anyone has any more ideas about this please share them.

I book things for my office, It needs to be done sooner than later as places get booked up quick

 

I like the idea of paintballing then dinner in the evening

Bowling then dinner

Ice skating then dinner (on my arse again)

Comedy club then dinner

Bowling would be a good night out, if you come to rugby there's a good bowling centre and there's a harvester/pizza hut/frankie and benny's across the road :D

In Stafford we got Bowling (With Laser Zone in the back which is brand new :hyper: )

 

There is paintballing about 10mins outside of Stafford near Penkridge and is good was there the other week $10 for a place $50 will get you 1100 paintballs ( i went through 2000 last time i was trigger mad) Easy to get to from M6!

 

About 5mins drive from Bowling there is a Frankie and Bennys too with free parking at all too :)

Its an American Laptop and i forgot there was no Pound sign only dollar!Mixing this keyboard with my desktop keyboard and the one from work the fingers just fly across dont really pay attention to what im writing!
