So.... parcelforce 48 hr service,

sounds good. Send parcel on a sign for basis with insurance all for a reasonable price. And you can take it to the post office rather than staying in waiting for a courier to call.

So I go on Monday with two parcels to send to confirmed UK addresses and ship both by Parcelforce 48.

48 hours later.... only one parcel turns up:headvswal

So I have one happy customer who has posted up positive feedback and one disappointed customer who hasnt got his parcel :rant::rant:

I have a contract with Parcel Force and feck me they are hot and cold! Sometimes crackin other times, i've actually had to drop stuff off at their depo so it gets sent!!! :eek: :eek: :rant:

parcel farce are the biggest pile of shite company i have ever had the misfortune to have recieved items from or sent!!

Along with $hitty Link and Undelivered Parcel Service, yeah... had bad experiences with all of them. Surely it can't be that difficult to get a box from one place to another?

Sent a parcel through the Post Office this week - sent it at 12pm, arrived at 4.30pm! :D

My lad used to service Parcel Farce trucks and he used to say that quite often there were parcels still in the back of vans/lorries when it went in for servicing and repair which on occasions lasted over a week.:eek:

I use anc or now known as fed ex uk, what a shower of shit, i sent a pallet of faulty light fittings back to the supplier and i mean a full pallet over 120kgs

of light fittings all faulty.

They lost the pallet, cant tell me were its gone to, so ive got to put a claim in but, they only cover £12 per 20kgs i think, £1500 of lighting iam getting a back next to nothing, iam out of pocket big time.

The supplier wont take any responsabiltiy and in all fairness its not there problem.

So iam down £1500 in credits and refunds because of a sh@t carrier company.

How the f@@k can you misplace a 120kg pallet.

So now ive got no confidance in my carrier iam just a bit weary at the moment.

Icant afford to loose this value agian.

It will F@@k me up big time.

Do you have the proof of value for the lights ?

if so take it to trading standards, you will get somewhere then :)
