I am trying to zoom out slightly on my screen as everthing seems too big and it means I need to keep scrolling left and right all the time to see stuff.

I have tried changing the text sizes to smaller but it made no difference at all.

Also tried holding control and rolling mouse but that made no difference either.

It seems as though the internet is permanently stuck in largest in the text sizes bit.

Yes, have you got a mouse with a scroll wheel, if so press control key (hold down) and turn the wheel to get the right viewing size. HTH

check if your screen resolution has been altered - years since I used a PC but think it's right click on desktop and then settings - or you can get it in control panel...

F11 only removes the bit at the top so wouldn't work, had already tried it though.
