Hi Guys, as the title really, I have just received an email from the Blatz UK seller and was quoted £99 for the software and USB cable. Is this about right or can I get it cheaper?

Not to paint a bad picture here but I bought the usb cable/software and couldnt get it to work due to driver problems and I ended up with the Serial port cable which worked fine. I guess it depends on your laptop. Just my 2p's worth m8.

i bought my nissan datascan off the chap on ebay, got it registered he recomended the usb cable and software no probs.

yeah thats about right, i got the conzult as well and that was over £200 the user guide is wicked though covers everything, printed it off 98 pages to work through :confused: :D

TBH, I had ConZult then sold it because I wasn't using it to it's potential and bought Datascan, what a load of crap! A total waste of money.... let me explain,

Sometimes it will conect to my ecu, sometimes it wont..... sometimes it'll connect, work, then stop working and hang... sometimes it wont even recognise my ecu! Now it's not the ecu, because I never had 1 problem when using ConZult! Make of that what you will. And if anyone says, 'but mine's always worked fine!' I'm not really bothered, mine doesn't and that's what matters to me! ;)

 

So, what i'm saying is, buy the ConZult, you wont regret it one bit.

have to agree, i have both, the datascan works no probs but the conzult has so much more if you want to get really tecky.
