door trim removal 1 bolt left!!

Hi,

 

Im removing my door trim to fix mt central locking thats packed in and there is 1 part near the top right where the top of the seat belt goes and I cant find out how to remove it and I cant take the main door trim off without taking that little piece off.

 

Do you now which part I mean?

 

Iv been looking for 30 mins!

Yep thats the one i was thinking of, lol. First time i did that was years ago and i just pulled the fecker off and it broke in the exact place it had been glued already when a previous person did the same thing :wack: :rofl: :rofl:

i always end up dropping the damn screw into the door itself with that one. Thing is...its near impossible to get it out again so I'm gradually building up a bit of collection in the door! lol...

I dropped it too, i tried a bit of blue tack on a screwdriver but no luck! makes you wonder why they build them like that
