watching a programme at the moment and ive thught about this before, all these councillers are all old fuddy duddy's who havent got a clue, how can one old miserable old coont decide whethter or not to grant permssion for an extension, who trained them, what courses do they go on, what happens if they come in to work in a bad mood and decide not to grant any permission that day

If think ordinary planning is bad, you ought to try dealing with the listed buildings people !

they are even worse, they are a bunch of tossers, gotta do this gotta do that, its all a load of shite

I had restiricitons on my garage rebuild....waited weeks phoned them up they then said it's a bit complicated but can't find any planning regs to cover it so they let us carry on
