Hi- Has anyone fitted a US sourced (LHD) loom in a rhd car? If so, is there much difference in the looms, and any additional hassle in fitting?

Thanks

Yes, a few times. The first part of the loom is longer which you just coil up under the battery tray, and you many have to cut a little of the tape/plastic for some of the connectors to reach over by the AIV stuff, but thats it.

Legrath, how hard is it to swap the looms with the engine etc in place? From some pics I have seen it looks reasonably easy. That right? Cheers.

The loom isnt that bad with the engine in place and the bulkhead grommet aint that bad to get at with the battery out.The nause part is the inside.Undoing the loom clamp behind the heater box is fiddly as fook unless you have small hands.Well worth doing in my opinion and worth the money.
