Where is the best place to get steel braided front brake lines? Is there a big difference by upgrading these? and with what dot brake fluid?

Fyi, my import is stickered up as only to use DoT 3 - also noted in hardbooks & service manuals. (No, unfortunately I do not read Japanese).
