Water temp.

Whats the working temp of the water when it's at normal temperature.

I am thinking of getting a water temp gauge and the ones I have seen only go upto 120ºC.

Is that enough?

IF it goes above 120C then it's too hot. My Techtom typically reports 80-90C, which is think is actually lower than the real temp (according to my Infrared temp gauge) by about 6 deg C.
