Poor Audi!! Their LED side lights look stunning, but i've now seen them on Corsa's, saxo's astra's and even a BMW, lol. People are making there own and the Audi lights are going to go down the same way as 'Angel Eyes' and 'Lexus Lights' lol :xxx:

So, Audi.....great idea but you didn't take UK Chav's into consideration when designing your sidelights

I think Audi's LED Christmas-tree-running-lights look really tacky. Give a real cheap feel to a quality car. They just look like they were designed by a failed year 12 GCSE technology student who then went on to get an apprenticeship with Max Power. They are a fad, just like the Lexarse lights and angel eyes were. Tat for the masses. Hopefully they'll come to pass. If they'd gone the route Saab had with their optical illumination strip, it would have looked good. But sorry, Audi seemed to have lost their way a little. The New A4s don't look nice either. Much prefer the one that's just been replaced.

Saab kinda got it right.

Well i did my own quite a while back so maybe i was the first chav? But couldn't you say the same thing about every modification. Alloy wheels were designed for racing because of the weight now we all have them so that makes us all chavs dont it? Spoilers again and side skirts oh the list goes on and on. We all have different ideas of what is good and what isnt and we throw them around on forums. Thats the whole idea aint it. You both have excellent cars no doubt but diversity and difference is what makes the world go round. :)

Deffinately, as i said i really like the lights, it's just unfortunate that they will become a mainstreem modification and then they'll go out of fashion by next season and Audi will be stuck with them, lol

I think the Audi LED look so tacky. Every time I see the R8 and A 5 I just think how the fook could someone boll*x up such sweet cars

Im still lookin for some good strips to fit but they got to look right, as i dont want them to look cheap,if done right i think thye look good.

TBH i have seen these sticky strips of lights that you can buy and I agree that they look like exactly what they are......a sticky strip of lights LOL. But not blowing my own trumpet I think my ones look better than the Audi set up and I never knew they would until they were done? Now that might throw the cat among the pigeons on here. But I do honstly like the way they look on my car Chav or not :slap:

That's coming from someone with dump valves too. :) :duffer:

They're crap on audi's and worse on any other car, too cheap looking

agreed they look like tat on a quality motor!:)

The Saab strip lights are really just upper classed 'neons'. Maybe Saab nicked the idea from Chav's in the first place! lol

It certainly won't be neon. Optical lens, or light tube with an LED behind it.

Undercar neons make me laugh. They have as much use/value to them as a chocolate t-pot.

i hate the led on Audi's, i think their cars are the best looking at the moment but the led lights spoil them. IMO the only reason they have done it is to get the wow factor that BMW did with the angel eyes

I think they were better looking a year ago or two. This, IMHO is the nicest A4 that Audi have made. Really neat and tidy design.

I loved every car in the range....apart from the disgusting looking Q7. The new A4 has been through one too many facelifts and the back end doesn't look as good as the old one.

This thing is pretty minging too. The new A3 Cabrio. They look worse in the flesh than they do on the screen. With the roof down they look like a moccasin!

Also the handbrake is engaged with a button, pretty cool, except all i can think off when i use it, is........wow i bet this will be especially fantastic when the electrics play up

The handbrake button is used on a few cars, normally people carriers and normally cant be engaged unless completely still.

Sorry to ruin the fun

I can see what some of you are saying and I do agree to a certain extent. But this is mine and I dont think they look a bit CHAV in the least:

Hello mate. Yes I am going to move home pretty soon bud and once I have my little work shop set up I am going to do a few sets. I dont want to earn any profit so it will be priced to cost probably about £50 exchange posted but dont hold me to that it might be cheaper or a bit dearer. I will post up when I have the place sorted. :)
