Hi, I'm removing my front guards to install a set of Lambo hinges. When I removed the left side I found a plastic canister thingy mounted on the inside of the guard right behind the wheel, it has a hose coming out.

Does anyone know what this is ? And can I move it down slightly without damaging anything ?

Also is there anything similar on the drivers side as well ?(right hand side).

Nearside or offside ?

 

Nearside could be the Cooling system Expansion bottle, Offside the screen washer bottle

They are the aiv tanks, if you have decatted, you wont need them, they are to introduce cool air to the cats to make them run more efficiently. The link below gives you the details. They are on both sides, inside the wings
