Honda engine start switch

Has anyone fitted one of these to there car ? if so does anyone know if it will fit in place of the cigarette lighter? I beleive the switch is about 9cm deep and wondered if it would fit. Thought i'd ask first instead of pulling my centre console out and measuring it.

    It isnt a straight fit ive done the same!

    Abit of cutting here and there is needed to get it to fit nice.

     

    Also the button itself is to long i had to trim the back down where the prongs are and bend the prongs so it sit right.

     

    Mines out of the Honda S2000 I havent wired it up yet as the car is still off the road, But if you do it before me can you let me know how you done it as ive not even looked yet

    Hmm i see a little project coming up. There is a guy selling the same one as found in a s2000 on ebay with loom and wiring instructions for £60. Think that will be my next project when i get back off holiday.
