I removed the egr valve on saturday, i blocked up the holes on either side of the plenium & the one on the manifold. Is there anything else that needs blocking off? as i now have an air leak & the car is running really rough?

cheers

Sorry what do you mean?

on the egr there is a vacuum hose you have blocked it up havent you otherwise you will be sucking in air creating no vacuum in the system.

you can buy vacuum cap s which block off the redundent vacuum hose or you could just shove a bolt in it and clamp it up.

whereabouts is the vacum pipe?

dont see what else it could be unless you have dislodged another vacuum hose somewhere. how did you remove the egr? engine removed? gearbox? or did you just bypass it??
