what a shambles FIA have got themsleves into - ffs:mac1:

I was there in Belgium for the race and was gutted to go from euphoria after witnessing and awesome last three laps and a Hamilton win, to finding out (whilst in the bar afterwards) that he had been stripped of the win.

I did feel a bit sorry for Kimi, because he drove a great race up until the end and a DNF didn't quite seem like justice.

Signed.................The best, most exciting, last five laps I've seen on F1 for yonks....racing as it should be.

HAMILTON WON FAIR AND SQUARE!!!!!

Lewis raced within the regulations and after using the "run off zone" (note: not cutting the corner) he slowed and allowed Kimi to retake his position as outlined in the rules.

So, he did nothing wrong.

Hence: Signed.

Pity it took rain to make a procession into a race. Don't get it with F1 there are so few incidents or overtakes- you can count overtakes involving the top drivers on the fingers of one hand for a whole season's 'races'.
