just changed my gearbox oil for silkolene silktran syn 5 75w-90 now im assuming the qty for an na manual box is 2.8 litres. if so i have some left over.

 

my question is ... is it the same oil for the diff as it is for the gearbox??

 

and can i use the remaining oil for it?

Although i think 80/90 recommended really, its 2.1 litres
