Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone has a cheap source of NA air filters, and yes they are different from the turbo.

Have bought some patten ones but they are three mill too thick, and the panels won't go back on!!!!!

All the Best,

Mark

No I think that is just bad fitting filters. I bought some from Halfords and they where too thick and slighty too wide. I had to cut some if it off to make it fit.

My understanding that the NA and TT filters are the same. My local motor factor supplies 'Blueprint' pattern parts and I've used the same filters in both a TT and NA. Also the correct filter is the same as used on a Primera.

I think about 15-20 for the pair off the top of me head!!

I thought the filters were the same?I seem to remember that the standard Nissan filters don't cost much more than Halfords ill fitting ones.

The first thing I did was change the filters as the ones on the car when imported from Japan looked like the originals! They were caked in oil and road cr*p,from being driven round Tokyo or wherever! wink.gif

My NA felt much more responsive with just the new air filters.
