Racelogic TC - anyone changed the settings and had good results?

It's seams a bit like a guessing game with the settings.

Has anyone actually changed the settings and is more pleased with setup?

All I did was change the percentages when you turn the dial to suit me a little more.

(Obviosuly the launch control rpm needs to be set for everyone!)

Mine wasn't working very well but that might have been down to the stock wheels being on wrong way round and back-to-front before the kit went on! LOL biggrin.gif

When the weather gets worse I'll reinitialise mine now that I've got big fat mother wheels on the back and more stability all round.

If you are feeling brave then post a question about it on www.mkivsupra.net/bbs . Phil Wall in our BBS has done a lot of work on the RLTC settings, and Graham Rudd has built a really nice windows app to make it all so much easier.

Basically the stock settings in the RLTC work, but they can be made to work so much better. It really IS worth playing with them if you know what you are doing.

OK I'll try and resurect this again. Can anyone who has fiddled with their settings please post what settings and a specs - what size outer diameter of the wheels, rough power output (no BS wink.gif) anything else you feel relevant.... Maybe even stick the config file in your rides??? I'll have to fish mine out....

We tried this a while ago but ended up with andyp's, andyp's and that other geezer andyp so not much responce... However I do know that a lot more people have their own settings now. I changed mine and it transformed the car from what it was with its auto calibrated shite.....

Hello Jay,

E-mail this guy: graham.rudd@net.ntl.com

He supplied the software and wanted to supply it to people direct.

Vijay

Graham has a new version about to come out as well which has real time data logging and export routines so you can do lots of nice graphs and stuff in excel.
