Most people are running RaceLogic Traction Control. There was a group buy organised by one of the memebers. ( I cant thank Ajay enough for that)

We got a nice cut price on it becuase of the group buy and because Johnny is great at getting prices down. Legaly!

For the winters you dont think that it is going to help much but it does.

I tested it out on a nice snowy patch. Firstly I pulled off with the TC off and pulled off fairly normal. Almost straight away I was wheel spinning and I was hardly moving. I got to about 5mph

Then I did it with the TC on. Same again pulled off normally, the wheels lost traction and my engine started popping you think you are not moving. Its very misleading because the wheels are still spinning, well what you expect on snow, but you then notice you are going about 15mph and accelerating.

It wont stop your wheels from spinning in the snow and ice, but what it will do is control the spin or just slow the spin down. The last thing you want is your rear wheels spinning at 40mph when you are trying to pull off. RaceLogic Traction Control will decrease it to what ever speed you want, depicted by the cut in revs. I set mine to 1500 revs in the winter to control the wheel spin quicker.

I have a vid of my Traction Control working.

Its in DIVX so you need it to watch.

You may notice that the wheels do spin a little. It was set on Dry which allows 10% wheel spin. Plus I had rest it recently and not set it up correctly, and the rear right was on gravel.
