Hopefully be having my shocks, springs, camber arms etc fitted in the next week or so. My question is this, do I just use the standard top mounts or should I be getting something else?

I was looking at getting pillow ball top mounts for mine they are more than twice the price of std though, And you also get the benefit of adjustable camber on tein ones....

You did'nt say which struts your fitting ? If its the likes of KYB/Koni ...etc then they use your old stock top mounts, but its worth getting new stock items.

If your getting coilovers then they will come with their own top mounts.

no, you dont get adjustable camber with the Tein top mounts for the 300zx, only for other cars (200sx..etc).

Cheers Dave. They are KYB's so I guess I'll be looking at standard mounts. How much am I looking at? All these extra bits are adding up now (but I suppose I shouldn't moan as I've owned the car for 2.5 years and have only needed a radiator!!!!), doing a HICAS elimination so I'll need to change to an NA pas pot too won't I?

Cheers peeps.

Alex.
