My mate went through this last year, and he gave up and moved !!

They crept up in the middle of the night with green gloss paint and painted "grass" on the front of the house coz he had reported them.

but on another note be carefull fella, I was having some aggro a while back in my old place , rather than open myself to aggro i got a few marine mates to sort it out for me rather than have my car turn into a target for them

if its council, they will be on a probationary period, if the breach the ules and regs they will be evicted, if its private landlord then the anti social behaviour department of your civic centere can give them a visit but they havent actually got any powers, it would take a lot of complaints and a lot of court proceedings to get them out

 

if it is private landlord, get his number and hassle them as much as they hassle you, he wont renew the six month contract and they will be evicted, although he cant legally evict them till the contract is up and they are given a 56 day eviction notice
