what are dimensions of these ramps- looking to make some myself- what 'lift' is there??

Here ya go, http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=23153&highlight=wood+ramps

Plenty of lift,if you go to top run its very high,i normaly use 1 run before top,you can get front up ok too,but you will need to drive over a couple small wood blocks to make sure you do not catch the first run, works well for me.
