I thought that labour moved the goal posts and said that it wasn't just cars made after 2001 but all cars would be effected. This calculater doesn't look like its been updated since labour announced that all cars would fall under the new legislation.

I hope so, i seem to remember seeing on the news a few months back the debate in the house of commons about it being all cars and not just cars after 2001, they were accusing labour of missleading the public.
