Spotted a K reg black zed on tuesday about 4.50pm around Basildon town centre. Anyone on here?

Apart from the 99 spec rearlights.

its a n/a and pretty much stock apart from 99 spec rear lights as you said, tints all round, black leather, HIDS, TV, turbo front bumper and uk rear bumper. i wanna change so much on her but lack of funds is making progress slow.

ive seen you loads of times gibster-tt. seeing your car so often around the festival park made my mind up on getting a zed. sounds superb. ive seen a lot of zeds around basildon lately. cant wait to get mine how i want it. i bought it 2 years ago off MGH297 on here and its pretty much the same. still, ill get there in the end. so are you breaking your red z in the pics gibster-tt.

Im not breaking the whole car just some parts.

Ive been restoring the car for about a year now from a bare shell to hopefully which should be like a new car. Some days i wish i never started but i think it will be worth it in the end.

 

I have alot of parts still forsale aswell as my old exhaust system.

 

Was you out and about in your car at the times you used to see me or going to Ikon etc?

 

Ive seen a few aswell a dark grey and a black one which i just found out a guy from down my unit mate ownes it.

as i had a company vehicle which i used all the time and i no longer have.

actually, mk300zx, do you live in felmores because i saw a stunning red one parked up last night with a high spoiler on the rear but otherwise stock. it was gleaming.

Been looking for another TTZed 'to test it' hmm hmm against but never seen anyone around here. There's a guy near my house who's got a GTR32 but I found out the other day after I spoke to him that he had a 500BHP forged engine with twin HKS tubs built by RK. So there's not much chance there.

What turbos have you fitted mate? I can get a few cars not (Zeds) that would proberly match the same sort of power if you fancy it.

 

What colour is the eyeliner Grey/Black? I may know him. I also know some one in Bas who has a 750bhp red eyeliner with black wheels which you may of seen going about.

if its the grey skyline gtr he lives quite near you and is well and truly sorted. hes only a young fella and has trouble running it i think ( moneywise ) but insures it on a traders policy , jammy git. theres an older shape black one a couple of doors down from him, again very quick . GIBBS , is the red one an older shape gtr that he swapped for a gorgeous purple s14.

Yamr6 u mean the silver GTR33 with the carbonfibre bonnet, yeh thats a really nice skyline, I saw him the other day and it sounds like he's got an RB30 under the hood I don't know coz I've never spoken to him, I spoke to the guy who's got the black GTR32 and it's running around 500+BHP.

Yep thats him its a R32 GTR! His purple 200sx was about 300bhp but had to get somthing faster as his younger brother bought a Fiat 20v turbo thingy and beat him :rofl:

 

I know a few mates with high powered Skylines they all come out at the local meets. Your be surprised how many high powered cars come out. From the obvious cars like Skylines, supras to civic turbo running 400bhp and a 106 with 340bhp

 

As for the Black and Grey skylines i think your talking about a guy called Lance or either Stu they both live around the area running the same sort of power

all these stunning cars everywhere are making me feel bored with mine as its an n/a. ive planned all what i wanna do to mine but now im thinking it might be a waste of money .mines black which i love but im gutted i didnt hang out for a white tt especially when i see funki si,s one. although i change my mind again when i see dannyzx black tt as its one of my favs. do i save up for a tt white or black or go for a r33 skyline. decisions decisions and no money..................fook it. lol.

yeah thats the one. i think he delivers cars for a living. i spoke to him ages ago and he was taking a rolls royce phantom to wales for the buyer from southampton docks. i think thats how he came across his GTR. WHAT A JOB. if its the same guy that is.

The really good thing about the Zed is that you dont see them every where you go unlike the skyline which have flooded the roads.

totally agree. saw a nice black z at the festival park last night and most people who see it was admiring it. theres nothing else out there for the money that a zed costs that is anywhere near as nice to look at.
