Can anyone tell me if this will fit

My 95 zed? Mine has the lights in the cluster not on the surround, however the plan is to fibreglass this surround up on the left side to mount a boost controller screen. Something on the right also but not sure what yet!

 

I just need to know if it'l fit around a series 4 speedo cluster?
