I have a stillen GTZ-R bumper going onto my UK spec Z. I am replacing the lights that are mounted on the stillen bumper as they are cracked and was going to get rid of the front fog lights and replace with carbon fibre ducts. I have done a quick search and have been confused as to whether front fogs are required for an mot?

Also, will need to replace the sidelight/indicator cluster, looking for a crystal clear cluster, what ones do you suggest? Ebay? Any others?

no, front fogs are not a mot requirement - many cars dont have them as standard anyway.... even UK 300zx's dont have them. The only requirement is that if they are fitted then they must work.

only rear fogs are required for mot.

DTA may do the bulbs youe require - I know they do leds to match the HID kits... otherwise yep, ebay should have loads.

Hi Bazz,

As stated above, front fogs are NOT a MOT requirement IF THE ARE NOT FITTED. If they are fitted then they must work.

And yes, I sell both the CF foglight ducts, Crystal front indicator clusters and silvertec bulbs.

Let me know if I can help.

Regards,
