At last the zed has gone in to Chris at Z Tech, as soon as I pulled up, he said that it was the turbo seal, I kind of guessed that as I choked a few bikers that were behind me with my oily smoke lol. Exited and gutted at the same time as he will have it for a while and I will have no car, but on the other hand it will be having the forged pistons, 555 injectors, jwt530bb turbos, lightened flywheel, rps clutch, lightened pullys, full service, cam belt etc, gaskets, new pipes, so it should be worth the wait, Chris seems like a really nice guy who is genuine and enthusiastic about these cars, I will keep you all posted on how it all goes, cant wait.:dance:

it does sound familiar :) intercoolers and better venting of the engine bay would greatly help as well ....i know and i think Funky Si has seen in teh states that the rubber lip seal on the windscreen scuttle panel that the bonnet shuts too is sometimes removed and it aids air flow and heat loss and is a no cost Mod

Pace SMIC's are very good for the money. If you don’t want to ge the Z1's. I'm personally running Greddy SMIC's, they seem to do the trick ok.

Dual pop charges can sometimes be more hassle than they are worth. I have problems everytime it rains and at the moment I'm trying to figure out if I really need a twin pop. I'm going to try and make some sort of drip tray, but if I still get poblems after it rains I may well switch back to a single pop.
