Anybody know for sure if blue sidelight(clearance ) bulbs are legal providing headlights are on at same time ? Guess on their own they are probably not legal :confused: Anybody been pulled ? :(

as long as its not a disco inside im sure you will be fine! Whole idea is that it distracts other drivers while on the road thus why undercar neons/led not allowed on while driving! I have so Blue footwell leds and my dvd is bright and blue too not had any hassel while driving, although when spot checked for Drink Driving (I Dont drink so XD) they said that any brighter and some officers might have issues! So a few LEDS should be fine :)

The only "legal" colour of lighting to have on your car are white (headlights/reverse), amber (indicators and some side lights) and red (brake/fog lights).

 

Come MOT time the garage WILL fail you if you have any other colours than the above (found this out the hard way ..

 

So if you're going to do it, do it at your own risk.
