engine oil

Whats the best oil and grade for my z32 tt any help would be great, there are so many different makes all claiming to give the best protection but which is the best for me, cheers.

    Speak to opie oils, traders in the traders section, they will recommend an oil for you for your driving style.

    Im using fully synthetic 10-50. My car is modified and i tend to use it for longer journeys though.I have also added Active 8,this is a friction reducer and will prolong the life of the engine. Im not usually into using addatives but seaw a demo and was very impressed.

    Everyone has their own opinion, so its best to speak to Opie Oils in the traders section and he will give the best advice :)
