Exhaust Again

My previous post was about me removing my cats on a 1990 N/A because of a hole in it.I have read alot about these AIV things that connect to the exhaust,,which i will have to remove due to getting an after market pipe which has no inlets for these pipes. My main concern is

1-will this affect the car in any way?

2-will i have to do sum thing with the ECU(Standard)

3-what do i do with the pipes that i dis-connect?

4-do i block these pipes up?when removed

Thx Alot Guys For Your Advise On This Matter

I've heard you just tuck them away but don't block them.

Hope this is right as I'm doing the same with mine...
