How stupid am I

removed rear light tinting with cellulose thinners today, masked off area and finished them perfectly.

 

Removed tape and some thinners seeped through and there is the odd black smear. How do I get rid of this? G3?? Might be worth mentioning it hasn't stripped any paint, just looks a little hazy in places.

    Yes mate i used G3 very gently, then polished them afterwards with some car wax.

    It aint stupid mate its what happens when you do a bit of DIY and dont it piss you right off after all the hard work you put in?
