Mot help - nottingham

Does anyone know anyone in the Nottingham area who will pass my Z through an MOT with dark tinted rear lights and an "illegally spaced" number plate (although completely legible)?

 

It is due soon and need to get it sorted if not.

    Ah, also, is there anyone in Nottingham who can help me fit a rear fog light or wire up a light for the MOT??
