Air con

Strange one, When I have it on screen demist i can get hot or cold air out of the top vents.

 

If i put on to air con i get cold air out the top vents and hot air out the bottom. If I turn them both off I still get hot air out the bottom.

 

This has only happened since having the heater matrix done so could it be that a cable has not been plugged in or is it more likely to be a valve stuck somewhere?
