how to you put a picture in a thread every time you post a new thread?

you could register on photobucket, upload the pic there and then past the link in the thread.... or if you are subscribed you have the option of advance reply, manage attachment and adding a pic...

 

I know there is a thread somewhere - off to look for it (someone will beat me to it) but watch this space :)
