I have a problem with a girl parking at my tennis club, the police have told her not to park there, I have told her, there are signs up.

 

Her boyfriend is a local hardass who happens to run teh local clamping company, so if I clamp her she will just get it removed. I tried to tell her not to park today again but she just told me to **** off and drove away.

 

Police cant do anything as shes on private land

 

So anyone here got serious legal advice / experiance or know the law, and when I say know, I mean KNOW it.

try getting some friends to box her car in for a couple of days then she will get the hint!!

One expensive way is to hire 2 skips for 24 hours but one 2mm from the front and one 2mm from the back, it wont be going anywhere then!!!

You could hire your own clamping contractor to have the car towed away.

my other top tip is to get a bag of small frozen prawns real cheap ones from iceland and stuff some of them throught the grill under her windscreen....mmmm fish car in 24 hours....last for weeks and gets really bad in hot weather

We did that to a guy at work who was always playing the fool and being really annoying.

Surely if you clamp it he wont be able to remove it as you have the key to the padlock.

 

Chances are however that she knows the law a lot better than any of us as her bloke is involved in clamping buisness.

 

Sounds like you need to put some gates up and lock her in. I know it would be a pain for your members for a while but it would solve the problem.

why not just put a chain across the entrnace, then give people in ya club the key to the padlock to let themselves in, will stop everyone parking there
