Boost help

I fitted a boost controller on friday and since fitting i have had some boost issues the boost goes to about 0.5 bar and drops slightly then goes to about 1 bar and does the same then goes back up to 1 bar.my set up is as follows apexi induction kit,twin hks ssqs,jd chip,standard injectors,standard tubs and a kakimoto exhaust can anybody help.Oh and the boost controller is a Greedy profec b spec 2.

    One more thing these are the settings i am running at the mo.

     

    LO - Set 36%, Gain 29%, Set Gain 75, Warn 150, L 0

    HI - Set 45%, Gain 30%, Set Gain 108, Warn 166, L 0

     

    Have tryed others but not much difference.
