:slap::rofl::rofl:

Or if your rear gates lead onto a pubilc road/lane etc and the curb has been droped to allow a car to enter exit you can legaly have the car towed all at the expence of the owner of the motor, But you have to use your local council's towing contractor if you see what i mean. id say contact the council first thing and have it towed.....Jay

Release of another vehicle’s keeper details

You can obtain the name and address of the registered keeper of another vehicle if you can demonstrate ‘reasonable cause’ for needing the information. Before information is released the DVLA must consider the reasons for your request and how the information will be used. Failure to provide the necessary evidence or incomplete application forms will result in your application being rejected.

More about ‘reasonable cause’ Note; it’s an offence to unlawfully obtain personal data that’s contrary to Section 55 of the Data Protection Act 1998. Unlimited fines in the Crown Court (or to a maximum of £5,000 in the Magistrates Court) exist as penalties in respect of these offences.

There are three forms that can be used to request information. You should use the appropriate form depending on who you are and your reasons for asking for information:

the V888 - for members of the public

the V888/2 - for companies (all circumstances, except where a penalty charge notice is issued)

the V888/3 - for companies (only if the keeper details are required to issue a penalty charge notice or reminder)

If theres a dropcurb, and the car is over it its technically causing an obstruction, it varies in different borough councils, but its either the responsibility of the police or local council.

I get people park over my garage all the time, but as my shop is dead opposite the police station its normally the coppers that do it!!!

you want a job as my personal assistant:bow:

Hook it up with a tow rope and drag it far enough out of the way, as long as you don't damage the other car you will be in the clear.

If you own a zed you must have more than one car, if so put one up right behind it and one right in front of it and leave them there a couple of days, might make him think twice about parking there again.

When I'm actually in the office @ work I tend to read the Road Transport Law book over and over again (how sad) .... so when it comes to Transport - I'm a guru (or thats what I'm aiming for anyway!) :dance:
