Hi all,
Was travelling down a dual carriageway last night and decided to push it to full throttle for a bit. Then as I slowed down in traffic, the car felt a bit funny. (Running on 5 cylinders with a gurgling sound). Saw smoke coming from the rear and other drivers were passing me telling me, "you're on fire, you're on fire!"
Pulled over and saw a fire burning underneath the car where the heat shelds are. I managed to put the fire out with water and called for recovery.
Now without attempting to start the car again, does anyone know what had just happened to my lovely lady? Cos last night I was nearly crying thinking that my whole car was about to go up in flames! Phew!
Cheers
