Been looking at 300 zx's for a while and I have always loved them, I still don't know too much about them though (mainly because many people say different things!)
I am planning on buying a 91 twin turbo that has 80,000 miles. Its all standard for the mo.
I wanna gut it and strip it out and only have the basics in, none of this a/c and electric seats etc.
I have a few questions though!
How much weight woukld I be able to remove from the car?? I wanna go pretty extreme, no back seats, no a/c, buckest seats and pretty much take out all the weight I can. How many KG's do you think I could shave off the factory weight?
Also, I have read I will get anywhere between 300-400bhp from an exhaust, CAI, chip, boost controller, bigger injectors and de-cat. So my question is what is a likely BHP figure? I would have though 360-370BHP would be likely?
Hopefully I am going to build an M3 killer, as the g/f won't let me do any more mods to it, so hence the 300 zx (she won't have to be seen in it, so I can unleash my modding urges on to the z!).
