the name of those flat headed stud things that go round the top edge of a trailer so you can hook the bungee cord over and under them and keep the tarp from flying off ?

They are called flat headed stud hook things for a trailer to keep the tarp on. The can be found in "Trailer and tarp world in Lewes" lol lol

 

Chris, if this is what i think its for, just get hold of a length of 10mm threaded rod, cut to size say 5", then bend over in a vice and weld at differnt points...... or get some heay duty coat hooks and use rivets to attach.
