All it needs, is for Andy to phone Steve, or come on here to give steve an update, it's not going to help matters, with people jumping to Andy's defence on this thread. it's between Steve & Andy at the end of the day.

ffs, i know its frustrating not having your pride and joy sat where you can see it but i'm gonna defend the lad, he does his upmost to keep people happy but when he's getting comments like this its enough to put anyone off, he WILL get back to you all in time but he IS busy and i'm sure Saz will agree with me when i say he's stressed to death, i know its not really my place to comment but please leave him to work on them cos if he's talking to you lot about getting your cars back he cant work on them at the same time as being on the phone.

Not taking sides with either party.... but when running a business a 2 minute phone call to a customer would save alot of hassle or threads like this being started.

And yes, he is probably really busy :)

And he has apparently replied to Steve via PM - so hopefully things are now sorted. :)

i know what you both mean, my own car is off the road at the moment cos of a suspected faulty tensioner that has just been fit (not Andys fault) but i'm just waiting paitently for the phone call
