headlight adjuster cogs

mine have gone on drivers main beam. tried the toy car metal cogs before and they dont work that well. just phoned nissan and they only sell them as complete headlights so needless to say that will be well expensive.

 

Are there any alternatives to make the adjusters work or does anyone have any good cogs that havent broken?

    why didn't the metal cogs work??? I did mine and they were spot on...
