turbo guage

hi guys a freind of mine has just brought a british spec t/t manual the torbo guage go striaght to 0 and dont move from that point it appears to boost cause you can feel it give you a boot in the back could someone help me many thanks:)

    Easy - pipes to the solenoids next to the brake master cylinder are connected wrongly. Put it next to a known good zed and compare where the pipes come from and go to :)
