Hey all

Iv'e been wondering about this for a bit now. My exhaust has a section in the middle which joins the two pipes and then separates into two exits again??

I've not seen this anywhere else should I get a section for the middle that keeps the exits separate? or is this ok?

Appreciate any thoughts

Cheers

some performance zorsts are like that to mix the gases ,it gives a differant sound ,also handy if you want to fit an afr as you can can stick 1 sensor in the crossover rather than using 2 sensors ,

i think theres an ebay zorst thats joined in the middle like that and he claims it gives a true 6 cylinder roar hth

but... yours joins for a 'Lenth' and it should be slightly wider in the 'lenth', whereas the normal mixer pipe design only touches pipes, which if im right in thinking would be slightly restricting your exhaust with a 'bottle-neck' effect

I kinda get what you're saying, I think, but all cylinders don't fire simultaneously.
